Sponsorship Information
There are several ways to get involved and have your business name associated with the most family-friendly, fun and action-packed enduro series in the North East. This series receives much exposure including local papers, racing publications, magazines, radio, local/ National TV, and Internet.
First and foremost, any potential sponsor needs to read the Series Overview and understand our commitment to our racers. Restated here, NEETS is not about making money off of our racers. We pay our officials for the hard work and dedication they have towards the benifit of the series, both on and off the track. We the promoters and owners of the series are not looking to see a profit... The profit we seek is the prosperity of the series! The more races we can have the happier we are. As long as this series survives, our goal is being attained. You, the sponsors of NEETS, are what keeps us behind the wheel of this great series and what keeps our racers doing what they do best...racing!

Here is what we offer:

Event Sponsorship - (Single Event)
...eight (8) races at Grandview Speedway,
...thirteen (13) races at Wall Speedway and
...nine (9) races at New Egypt Speedway!
What you will get:
- Business name will appear in all "Event " advertising
- Name will appear in all pre-race and post-race publicity
- Name is added to the Schedule Page on the NEETS website as the respected event sponsor
- Name/logo will appear on event trophies/plaques ($200 contingency value)
- Logo will be added to the NEETS website main page with a direct link to your business' website or linked to a custom created web page with company information and contact details ($100 contingency value)
- May represent your company in Victory Lane photos and interviews after each race
- Two (2) Pit Side passes for any sponsored event ($60 value)
- Permitted to set up a booth, or something similar, at which you may sell/advertise your product/service at the sponsored event ($250 contingency value)
- Package contingency value is $610; contingency sponsors do not receive publicity.
What it will cost:
An Event Sponsorship will cost $500. Event sponsor dollars go towards the purchase of event trophies/plaques, employee payroll and any remainder will be deposited into the NEETS "Points Fund".A lot of what is offered in an event sponsorship can also be attained through a Contingency Sponsorship, the difference is that Contingency Sponsors do not receive publicity through press releases and announcements, they rely solely on the item they have sponsored or views of our website, hence the package's contingency value is only $710. For example, a "Trophy Sponsor" will not be mentioned in a post-race press release, their logo will appear on the trophy only…
Division Sponsorship - (Year Long)
NEETS is composed of two general divisions, a Big Car Class (6/8-Cylinder Vehicles) and a Small Car Class (4-Cylinder Vehicles). Sponsoring a NEETS division will last the full life of the season.DIRT Small Cars & Big Cars at Grandview Speedway and
Asphalt Small Cars and Big Cars at Wall Speedway!
What you will get:
- Your company will receive all of the benefits of an Event Sponsorship, but for each and every one of the eight races throughout the season. (estimated $610 value for each event)
- You will receive one (1) paid registration for the sponsored division at each event. A Big Car Sponsor will be automatically registered and paid up for the Big Car race at each event. ($400 total value)

- The NEETS Racing Dirt Series Small Car Division - 4-Cylinder Cars
- The NEETS Racing Asphalt Series Big Car Division - 6/8-Cylinder Cars
- The NEETS Racing Apsphalt Series Small Car Division - 4-Cylinder Cars
What it will cost:
A Division Sponsorship will cost $1,000. Division sponsor dollars are directly deposited into the NEETS "Points Fund" for the purchase of the Annual Awards Banquet trophies and awards.Why not buy one and get one more half off?!?!?! Sponsor one division and have the opportunity to sponsor another division for only half price!!!
The true contingency value cannot be calculated due to numerous different contingency options. The value can be estimated at well over the asking price of a Division Sponsorship. Some expenses such as pit side passes and registrations are recurring, other expenses such as web site advertisement and trophy sponsors are/can be one-time expenses.
Series Sponsorship - (Season+)
The most highlighted sponsor of the series and receives the most exposure. Your business name will be everywhere the series name is mentioned in all advertising and press releases similar to the "Sprint" cup series. This sponsorship opportunity is by far the biggest bang for your buck, encompassing every angle of publicity NEETS can get.The life of this sponsorship is titled "season+" because a series sponsor will retain the notoriety for many seasons after the actual season in which your company teams up with NEETS. The end of racing does not signal the end of the publicity.
FIRST TIME EVER - THREE MAIN SERIES!!!
Dirt Series - Asphalt Series - Saturday Night Series
What you will get:
- Your company will receive all of the benefits of both a Division and Event Sponsorship.
- In addition, there will be added exposure in relation to posts on our series web forum, flyers, etc.
- An embroidered badge of your company logo/name will be sewn onto each of our official's shirts.
- Company name/logo will appear on every t-shirt or similar apparel created for the drivers and fans.
What it will cost:
A Series Sponsorship will cost $2,000. Series sponsor dollars are directly deposited into the NEETS "Points Fund" for the purse paid out to the top ten drivers at the Annual Awards Banquet.ACT EARLY!!!! Grab this sponsporship before it gets too late!!! Sponsor one series and get one HALF OFF!!! That's 2/3 of the main series for only half of the cost to sponsor EVERYTHING!!!
The Annual Award Banquet pays out a purse ranging from $10,000 to $16,000 depending on the amount of funding deposited throughout the season of racing. The more money deposited, the more money paid out to the drivers. Extra monies are never 'pocketed' by the promoters in an attempt to recognize a profit. If there is a surplus in the fund by the time the banquet is held, the extra money will be used to increase the amount of give-a-ways to banquet attendants, increase payouts and make the event more memorable to everyone.
Top Ten Club Sponsorship
(Year Long)
NEETS honors the top ten drivers of each event by
keeping track and allowing the top ten drivers with the most top ten finishes
throughout the season to compete in a dash-for-cash 10 lap race at the championship
event. Each driver who makes it into the "Top Ten Club" will receive a plaque
if they attend the banquet; driver with the most top ten finishes will receive

What you will get:
- Your company will receive exposure at each event during the driver's meeting and via the announcer during the race.
- In addition, there will be added exposure in relation to posts on our series web forum, flyers, etc.
- You will have the opportunity to either participate in or watch over the NEETS technical inspections since Top Ten sponsors are so closely correlated to the winning drivers at each event.
What it will cost:
A Top Ten Sponsorship will cost $1,000. There will be two dash-for-cash style races at the championship race at the end of the season, as well as the drivers with the most top ten finishes in each division will receive $250 at the banquet. The remaining sponsorship dollars go towards the purchase of plaques and trophies for the Top Ten Club to be awarded at the banquet.Contingency Sponsorship
(one-time to year-long)
NEETS offers a more affordable way of advertising
through the use of "Contingency Sponsorships". Contingency sponsors receive
benefits that they deliberately seek out by assisting this great series
in a way they can afford and is appropriate to their individual needs.Each Contingency Sponsorship has its own associated costs; there is no flat rate that covers all contingencies.
What is available:
- Website Sponsor - (No limit on how many sponsors there can
be)
- What: You provide NEETS with company logo/name which will be linked to your company's website; alternatively, if you do not have a website already created, you can provide us with information and contact details for the creation of a custom web page that will be on the NEETS website listed under current sponsors for the season.
- Cost: $100
- Life: Year-Long
- Trophy Sponsor - (Limit 1 per event)
- What: You will be sponsoring the trophies that will be awarded to the winners of each race. There will be 2 divisions that race and 5 trophies given out for each division. Your company logo/name will appear on each of the trophies/plaques.
- Cost: $200
- Life: One-Time or Year-Long
- Concession Sponsor - (Limit 2 per event)
- What: You are permitted to set up a booth at one of the eight races, selling/advertising your business product/service. The booth can be placed either pit-side or grandstand-side. NOTE: Concession sponsors are not allowed to sell food; the speedway has food stands and will not permit the operation of the booth.
- Cost: $250
- Life: One-Time or Year-Long
- T-Shirt Sponsor - (No Limit)
- What: Your company logo/name will appear on the T-Shirts that are printed up as give-a-ways to drivers and fans. This is a great way to have your place marked in NEETS history, t-shirts last for years and are always remembered.
- Cost: $500 as per quote from the Official NEETS Apparel Supplier - Kevin's!
- Life: The life of the shirt
- ***It is imperative to either be on-board or inform the promoters if you are interested in this sponsorship early. Once an order is placed for new t-shirts to be printed it is hard to have even more new shirts printed up.
- Charity Sponsor - (No Limit)
- What: Our motto is "If you donate it, we will give it away"...Whether it be product or service you can get your company name out there by donating to each event. i.e. "McDonalds Free Hamburger coupon program" or (your product/service) to each race winner from "XYZ" company.
- Cost: $0 to NEETS, you decide what you can afford to give away!
- Life: One-Time
Pace Car Sponsorship
(one-time to year-long)
NEETS does not have an official pace car/truck, so we are always looking
for someone to pace the field before each race! If you have a lettered vehicle
that displays your company name/info in a flashy-attractive manner, and
you feel safe enough to drive that company car/truck on a dirt track, then
bring it out for the day!
What you will get:
- Your company name and information will be displayed before each race while the vehicle paces the field of cars.
- Company name and information will be announced by the announcer to the fans.
What it will cost:
A Pace Car Sponsorship will not cost anything!
