The Fem-Duro Needs Make-up!

Story by:
Joe Cutri
September 27, 2009

Early Sunday morning, officials were left with no other choice but to pull the plug on the Fem-Duro event at Grandview Speedway. NEETS and Grandview Speedway promoters, Joe Cutri and Kenny Rogers, came to a mutual decision to make the call early on to save the many pre-registered drivers the haul out to the speedway only to be forced to make this decision later in the day anyway.

The Fem-Duro that was rained out today will be ran on October 11th, the next date slated for a NEETS race. All drivers who were pre-registered for this event will be kept on the list for the race on October 11th.

Cutri and Rogers spoke about the possibility of making up for the lost date by adding an additional event in November. If the additional date in Novemeber is pursued, the remainder of the 2009 racing season's events will all be moved accordingly.

Please keep an eye on the website/forum for the most up-to-date information! Thank you all for your support today, but even Mother Nature has to win a round here and there!

Oddly enough, an event titled the "Fem-Duro" with races named "The Pink 100" and "The Avon Calling 100" requires a make-up race!
