Green Flag - When the race is GREEN FLAGGED, you may race as usual
- On the initial start, the race is started by the car in POLE POSITION, no other car can start the race
- Green Flag pitting is allowed
- To Pit under Green, get to the high side of the track and wave your hand INSIDE your car
- If your car is stuck on the track, the race will continue
- ONLY if your car is either facing traffic or the driver's side door is facing traffic, will a Red Flag will be thrown
- If you are hurt in a dead car wave your hands, a Red Flag will be thrown to get you out
- If your car is out of the groove (regular race area) or your car is not as described above, the race will continue
- IMPORTANT If an official is pointing to you when your stuck on the track, give them a CLEAR thumbs up or down
- Thumbs up, the race continues... Thumbs down, a Red Flag is thrown...
- If you give a thumbs down, it is understood that you are possibly hurt, EMS will report to your car immediately

Red Flagged - If the race is RED FLAGGED, you are required to stop moving
- Do not go to the infield unless you are done racing
- If you get out of your car during a red flag, your car is considered dead
- If you attempt/continue to move while the Red Flag is out, you will be marked down 1 lap for each time this occurs
- If you decide to pit under Red, you will lose a lap
- If you are hurt in any way, wave your hands and an official will come to you

- If you fail to report to the pits, you will not be scored for the remainder of the race
- You will be Black Flagged if you are getting extremely rough while driving
- Your bumpers should be chained down, even so, there is still a risk of them coming off and dragging
- If your car is leaking fuel, there is a high risk of a fire igniting
- You will not be Black Flagged for leaking water or other fluids like oil, antifreeze...
- Black Flag means report to the pits, it does not mean you are not allowed back out, unless otherwise directed by an official

Disqualification (DQ's) - You can be DQ'd by the Tech Inspector post race
- There is no leniency to rules, if you are told to correct something, DO IT before you race if possifle
- At the next event, if the item in question is not corrected, you will not be allowed to race for POINTS OR PURSE
- The rules are laid out on the Rules Page, if you adhere to the rules, you need not fear a DQ from the Tech Inspector
- You can be DQ'd by either the Race Director/Series Manager or the Head Starter at ANY TIME during an event
- If your personal actions are of a vile, vengeful or harmful nature, NEETS reserves the right to have you removed from the event
- This includes while you are in your car and even when you are not
- A DQ is limited to an event basis, receiving a DQ does not mean you are not welcome back

Tempers - Everyone has a boiling point, this sport can easily drive people to that point
- If you cannot control your temper while on the track, you will be Black Flagged
- If you still don't control yourself, you will be DQ'd from the event and asked to leave for the day
- If your temper gets the best of you even while you are out of your car, you will be asked to either calm yourself down or leave
- Don't let your temper get the best of you... It will cost you points and can give you a bad reputation among drivers
- If you threaten ANYONE (driver, crew, official, fan) you will be asked to leave immediately
- If your behavior remains unchanged from event to event, you will eventually be asked not to join us anymore

Protests - Everyone has the right to protest any call made by an official
- To file a protest, you must do so in writing
- A protest must be presented within 15 minutes of the incident, if it involves a Payout related issue
- A protest about a driver's car/driving habits must be presented before the end of the event, before the officials leave
- NEETS will listen to any and all complaints/protests made as long as these rules are followed
- If these simple rules are not followed, we cannot be responsible for a finalized decision
- Once a decision is deemed final, it is not longer open to protest
- If you are worried about how to state an issue on paper or you don't have paper, come to the Official's Tower, we will provide you with any item/help necesary
- Filing a protest in writing supports your claim in any future disputes that may arise
- So long as you follow procedure, you will not be denied the respect of a proper judgement regarding your issue by the General Manager
